Terms of Sale

These terms govern your use of this website and any order you place with LQ Logic LLC (“LQ Ranch,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By placing an order or using this site, you agree to them. Please read the product-use section in particular — our products are supplements for horses, not medicines.
Who may order
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract. You agree that the information you give us — name, email, and shipping address — is accurate and yours to use.
Products and descriptions
Our products are made in small batches from botanical ingredients, so color, scent, and texture vary from batch to batch. That variation is normal and is not a defect. We work to describe every product accurately, but we don't warrant that descriptions, images, or other content are error-free, and screen colors differ from the real thing.
Prices and availability
Prices are shown in US dollars and may change at any time before you place an order. The price that applies is the one in effect when your order is placed — your cart is re-priced against our catalog at checkout, so a price that changed while an item sat in your cart is corrected before you pay, and we'll tell you when that happens.
Products are subject to availability. If an item sells out after you order it, we'll contact you to arrange a substitution, a backorder, or a refund.
Orders and acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we ship the items — not when you submit the order and not when payment is authorized. Until then we may decline or cancel any order, in whole or in part, including when an item is unavailable, a price or description was wrong, or we suspect fraud or resale in breach of these terms. If we cancel an order you've already paid for, we refund it in full.
We may limit or refuse quantities that look like they're for resale.
Payment
Card payments are processed by Stripe on Stripe's own hosted checkout page. We never see or store your card number — see our Privacy Policy for what we do receive. You confirm you're authorized to use the payment method you choose.
Where we offer to arrange payment separately after you place an order, nothing is charged at the time you order, and your order ships once payment has been arranged.
You're responsible for any sales tax, duties, or import charges that apply to your order and are not collected at checkout.
Shipping and risk of loss
Shipping timelines, destinations, and costs are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier delivers the package to the address you gave us.
Returns and refunds

Product use, animal safety, and competition rules
These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Consult your veterinarian before use, particularly for pregnant, nursing, or medicated horses.
Our products are supplements and topical care products intended for healthy horses. They are not veterinary medicines and are not a substitute for veterinary diagnosis, advice, or treatment. If your horse is sick, injured, pregnant, nursing, or on medication, talk to your veterinarian before using anything you buy from us. Always read the product label and follow the directions and quantities on it.
Competition compliance is your responsibility. Drug, supplement, and ingredient rules differ between governing bodies — USEF, NRHA, FEI, and breed associations each publish their own — and those rules change. We describe our products honestly, but we cannot and do not guarantee that any product is permitted under the rules that apply to you, at your level, on your competition date. Before you compete, check the current rules of your governing body and, where withdrawal times matter, consult your veterinarian.
Your account
You're responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has access to it. We may suspend or close an account that's being used to break these terms or the law.
Reviews and anything else you post
You keep ownership of reviews and other content you submit. By posting it, you give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to display, reproduce, and adapt it in connection with our products and marketing, along with the first name or display name shown with it.
You agree that what you post is your own honest experience, is yours to share, and isn't unlawful, misleading, abusive, or an infringement of anyone's rights. We review submissions before publishing and may decline or remove any of them. We don't edit reviews to change their meaning, and we don't filter out reviews for being critical.
Our content
The site's text, photography, product formulations, logos, and the “LQ Ranch” name are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property law. You may browse, share links, and print pages for your own non-commercial use. You may not copy, scrape, resell, or republish our content, or use our branding, without our written permission.
Acceptable use
Don't use this site to break the law, interfere with its operation or security, access accounts or data that aren't yours, scrape it by automated means, or submit false orders.
Disclaimer of warranties
Except for the warranties we can't exclude by law, this website and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Nothing here limits your rights under consumer-protection law that can't be waived, including any statutory right to goods that match their description and are of acceptable quality.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, LQ Logic LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, arising from your use of this site or our products. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
Some jurisdictions don't allow these limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, where the law does not permit that exclusion.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify LQ Logic LLC against claims, losses, and reasonable legal costs arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of the site, or your use of a product contrary to its label and directions.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it, so we keep the “Last updated” date above current.
